ENT-Cloud is a MIPS certified EHR. SLI Compliance® has been authorized to perform Conformance Testing and Certification of Health IT by the US Department of Health and Human Services’ Office of the National Coordinator as an Authorized Test Lab (ONC-ATL) and an Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB). When you select an SLI Certified EMR company you can be sure that company has met comprehensive functionality and security.
The ONC-ACB certification, established by The Office of the National Coordinator for Health Information Technology, provides assurances that EMR vendors have met a comprehensive set of guidelines necessary to meet MIPS criteria. This certification enables providers using the ENT-Cloud System to access ONC-HIT stimulus incentive payments through Medicare and through Medicaid. View Certified Health IT Product List.
ENT-Cloud Web EHR and Practice Management System – Version 7.0 is charged as a per provider monthly subscription rate. All users have access to a single version of the web-based application which is a single “ONC-Certified EHR” version. There is also no cost differential to use this system as “ONC Certified” a versus “Non-Certified.” Fees for additional, third party functionality, such as Direct messaging, immunization registry connection and/or electronic prescribing of controlled substances (EPCS) are charged to clients, as applicable.
New clients are charged initial fees for setup, training, data migration and project management. These amounts vary based on practice size and readiness.
WRS offers a variety of add-on services, functions and devices. These are optional to all clients.
Lastly, ENT-Cloud charges for third-party lab connectivity. Generally, the third party business entity (lab or imaging facility) pays the cost of establishing connectivity, but the client also has the option to pay for connections, as applicable.
